IPO
IPO is possible in 2025, Chief Executive Officer Markus Viling said in an interview (reported in 05/2023 by Reuters).
In 05/2024 Bolt secured a €220M ($235M) credit facility to prepare for an IPO.
In a statement, Markus Villig, the startup’s chief executive officer, said the financing “provides us with additional flexibility as we work towards being IPO-ready.”
In 02/2025 Bolt lined up adviser for options including a potential initial public offering.
