At the June 2026 Series F announcement, CEO Ariel Assaraf said Coralogix does not currently expect to raise additional capital and is instead working toward profitability over the next few years. He also said the company is preparing to operate with the financial discipline of a public company — but stopped short of committing to any specific IPO timeline.
Coralogix aims to file for a U.S. IPO on Nasdaq in three years, as of 2025.
