IPO Forecast
Life Biosciences remains privately held, and neither its management nor its co-founders have publicly discussed an IPO, a target exchange or a valuation. The company said its April 2026 Series D funds operations into the second half of 2027, covering completion of the ER-100 Phase 1 trial. Its next value milestones are clinical: in October 2026 it reported early safety data from the first three glaucoma patients and moved the trial to a higher dose, with results in the second indication, NAION, still to come. Life Biosciences has raised more than $238 million since its founding, based on company disclosures, and has not disclosed a valuation for any round.
