IPO Forecast
07/2026. Hong Kong IPO process under way. AgiBot began its Hong Kong listing process on 24 July 2026, with CITIC Securities, CICC and Morgan Stanley as joint sponsors. The reported target is HK$40–50B (~$5.1–6.4B), with 15–25% of shares expected to be issued. A preliminary prospectus was expected in early 2027. The company had earlier aimed to list by Q3 2026, so the timeline has slipped. In October 2026 an investor told Caijing that the pending pre-IPO round would push the listing beyond the end of 2026, as Hong Kong requires 120 days between completion of pre-IPO financing and listing unless an exemption is granted.
