18 September 2026 — Nscale Limited announced it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the SEC for a proposed IPO of its ordinary shares. It has applied to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "NSCL." The number of shares and the price range have not yet been determined. Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley are lead bookrunners, joined by RBC, BofA, Deutsche Bank, Crédit Agricole CIB, TD, Mizuho, KeyBanc, Cantor, SMBC Nikko and Wolfe | Nomura Alliance as bookrunners, with nine further co-managers including ABN AMRO, SEB and DNB Carnegie. The company describes itself as a full-stack AI cloud platform integrating software, compute and power — from a unified platform for AI training and inference through to the data centres and low-cost power behind it.
