Nscale has stated its intention to go public but has not set a date. In October 2025, founder and CEO Josh Payne told the Financial Times the company had "public market ambitions" and hoped to list in the second half of 2026, declining to say whether it would choose London or the United States. In February 2026, Reuters reported that Nscale had hired Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan to prepare the offering, with no timeline set; the mandate was reaffirmed at the March 2026 Series C, which valued the company at $14.6 billion. As of late July 2026 no registration statement has been publicly filed, and the company has continued to fund expansion through debt — including a $900 million revolving credit facility closed in July 2026.
