Anduril Industries Inc. closed a new funding round of $2.5B, doubling its valuation to $30.5B. The round was led by Founders Fund with a $1B investment. The funding round also included existing investors such as Andreessen Horowitz, General Catalyst, Lux Capital, and Altimeter. The Series G round was oversubscribed, with investor demand allowing for potential raises of 8 to 10 times the amount.
As of 06/2025, Anduril is holding a tender offer, according to people familiar with the matter. Thrive Capital, the VC firm led by Joshua Kushner, is participating in that secondary deal as well as the larger investment.
Anduril showcased its 17-foot Fury drone at the Paris Airshow, which is planned for production in 2027 as part of the U.S. Air Force's Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) program.
